HOUSING REFORM
Vivienda situated on the third floor of a building already built, to adapt it to the needs of the new owners. The house will be located in an area of recent growth in Madrid: Las Rosas
The owners want to enjoy their home a lot, especially on weekends, when they usually watch movies on a large projection screen and organize fancy dinners with their friends. As common hobbies they have gardening, traveling and reading. They have a maid who, in addition to cleaning, is in charge of washing and ironing clothes. They want a space for all this.
Through the use of a pastel color palette and the use of wood, the aim is to transport clients to a warm and homely environment.

The distribution is designed so that the areas painted in warm colors have a social and leisure use.
